Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because custom cakes and desserts are prepared with planning, ingredients and dedicated production time, refunds and changes are handled carefully.
Custom Orders
- Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable once accepted.
- Cancellations close to the event date may not qualify for a refund.
- Once production has started, refunds are not available.
Changes & Fixed-Price Products
- Design, flavor or size changes may require extra charges and depend on availability.
- Refunds for fixed-price products are reviewed case by case.
- Raytur Bakery will communicate any approved refund or credit directly with the customer.
